DO YOU DO WINZ QUOTES?
Happy Harry is not yet an approved WINZ supplier. However we are working on changing this.
WHAT REGIONS DO YOU SUPPLY CABINS TO?

DO I NEED COUNCIL CONSENT?
Our cabins are all transportable and are under 30sqm – therefore do not require a permit. All councils however have varying requirements, so we recommend all our customers check with them prior to delivery.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY CABIN?
We deliver via specialised trailers or Hiab depending on the site requirements.
Experienced installers will get your cabin on site, level and stabilise it to your needs.
ARE THERE ANY SPACE RESTRICTIONSASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY?
Your cabins can be installed easily provided your suggested site is level and the access is at least 3.5 metres wide. When we arrange delivery, we will thoroughly review this with you and if necessary, we will complete a pre-inspection of your site.
The cabin is typically 2.8m high so we need to ensure there is sufficient clearance from trees, roof overhangs and power lines.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
Maybe – We try and deliver for free whenever we can but it depends on how far away you are from our depot, the length you want to rent for, and the cabin you have chosen. If there is a delivery fee then it will be heavily subsidised by Happy Harry to keep it as affordable for you as possible. The Collection fee for removal of the cabin will be added to your weekly fee.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU DELIVER?
Often we either have cabins in stock or they are under construction so we can usually deliver within a few days of your application approval.
CAN I PICK UP THE CABIN MYSELF?
No. Cabins must be moved by us or our contractors to meet our insurance requirements.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFOREDELIVERY?
Ensure there is easy access to the site and your site is level. Harry will be in touch to help you and advise before delivery.

IS A BOND PAYABLE?
A Bond is due in advance to your delivery date and the payment goes towards securing your Cabin. This amount varies depending on the size of the cabin.
If you return the cabin in great condition the full amount of bond will be refunded.
Superior: $500
Deluxe Studio: $750
DO I NEED TO INSURE THE CABINS?
We insure each cabin for incidental damage but you will need insurance cover for any personal items kept in the cabin.
HOW DO I CONNECT OUR CABIN TOPOWER?
All our cabins have an outdoor power socket. We will provide a heavy duty 20 metre lead from the cabin that can be connected to a normal 3 pin power point in your garage or house.
WHAT ELECTRICAL FEATURES DOES IT HAVE INSIDE THE CABIN?
Our cabins have a minimum of two double power points, a minimum of two internal LED lights plus an exterior LED light. Every cabin has an Electrical WOF, smoke alarm fitted and switchboard for maximum safety for our customers.
ARE THE CABINS INSULATED?
All our cabins are made from foam filled, steel panelled walls and ceiling, very similar to the panels used in refrigeration units. This makes your cabin warm and cosy in winter, and cool in the summertime. A small electric heater is more than sufficient to heat all of our cabins. If required, we can install a wall mounted panel heater in each room.
HOW ARE THE INSIDE OF THE CABINSFURNISHED?
We do not provide furniture in any of our Cabins, however the cabins have flooring, smoke alarm and curtains. Cabins with a kitchen and bathroom will have built in drawers and cupboards. Please see the pictures on the CABINS [hyperlink] page for more details.
HOW DO I PAY?
All payments are to be made by Automatic Payment by you into our bank account.
WHAT DAY IS MY RENTAL PAYMENT DUE?
Your payment day is the same day of delivery each week. e.g. if your Cabin is delivered on a Wednesday, then Wednesday is your rental payment day
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I NO LONGER NEED MY CABIN?
Providing the time for pickup is after your minimum rental term in your contract, you will need to give us 30 days written notice to end your agreement, plus an additional 10 days to arrange for pickup. DO I HAVE A MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD?
Our minimum contract term is 6 months apart from the Deluxe Studio that we can do for shorter periods. Shorter rentals will attract a higher weekly rental. Please call Harry on 09 281 4214 for more details.
HOW LONG CAN WE RENT A CABIN?
There is no maximum term to rent from Happy Harry.
